Try a different console cable, DB9, and try opening a session from a
different PC.

 I just cleared my config on my 2511 and rebooted it. All of a sudden the only
 thing I can get from the Console port is garbage. My settings work fine on
 other routers but I just get garbage from the 2511.

 Any ideas?
