I hope your not planning on oversubscribing a public ATM network, you
will not be to happy with your "good-put" thruput when your providers
switch starts policing. Of coarse this depends on the service your
purchasing, UBR you don't need to worry about shaping but with VBR-RT,
VBR-NRT and CBR you do.
If this is a private ATM network than you can do whatever you wish ;)
