Ya know...
I had a problem a few weeks back where one of my PC
NIC cards would not talk to SOME of my routers. After
a couple of hours of troubleshooting, frowning and
scratching I realized the NIC didn't come with a MAC
address. The MAC defaulted to 0000.0000.0000 and some
versions of IOS just didn't like it. ARP would fail.
To fix it I simply made one up (0123.4567.89AB),
configured it in Winders and it now works fine. Could
that be your prob?
