Speaking of "no exec," I noticed recently in a config that one could use "no
exec-timeout" instead of exec-t 0 0. I wonder for a few minutes why I had
seen this before. It took me a few minutes to realize why this is not a
good way to disable your exec-timeout feature. It is very easy for "no
exec-ti" to be cut short by a fat-fingered carriage return and become "no
exec."

I am lucky that I never decided to try this method, because at the time I
was pproaching my first attempt and would not have wanted to spare even five
minutes for rebooting and changing the config-register so I could get into
the router and undo that command.
