Hello all,
I have a problem that I can't seem to crack.
I want to route IPX traffic using Tunnel Interfaces. Not difficult, my
tunnels are up and one end of the tunnels is receiving the IPX routes from
the IPXRIP process. When I look at the other end of the Tunnel the only IPX
routes that are present are those that are local to that router. I have a
frame relay cloud in the middle of all of this and the end of the tunnel
that is receiving the IPX routes is on a router that is hanging off of a
serial interface using HDLC of one of the routers connected to the Frame
cloud as below.
R4<<-------FR-------->>R2<<-----------FR----------->>R6<<-----------CSMA\CD-
---------->>R7<<-------------HDLC------------->>R8
If anyone could shed some light on this it I would be very appreciative.
TIA
The tunnel end points are R4 and R8, the IP addresses of the source and
destination of the tunnels are available via the IGP's that are running and
the config's are as follows:
R4:
interface Tunnel0
 no ip address
 ipx network 48
 tunnel source Serial0/0.1
 tunnel destination 10.50.5.69
!
interface Ethernet0/0
