A static route that appears in the config would not be allowed. However
summaries to NULL that are generated by a routing protocol will not appear
in the config and I would think are allowed. If you are unsure then ask the
proctor.

Subject: eigrp redistribution & VLSM

Hi Group,
If anybody can confirm that in the LAB, default route
in any form is not allowed, even if it is generated by
the routing protocol. If that is the case, then Area
range and Summary-address commands also create a
static route to Null and that should not be allowed.

My worry is, without the above said two commands, how
do I send VLSM routes to the IGRP router.I heard about
a discussion in this group about the use of secondary
address and tunnelling to address the same. Can any
body post a sample config using secondary interface
and tunneling interface.

Thanks and regards...Sovan
