I tested this with 801 access-list, and without "any" and it was accepted by
the router.
I don't think ACL 800-899 is restricted to hosts only, networks are also
allowed.

  -1 Any IPX net
  <0-FFFFFFFF> Source net
  N.H.H.H Source net.host address
