Hunt,
check to see on RtrA the following:
show ip ospf database router 2.2.2.2  [assuming 2.2.2.2 is the RID for
RtrB]
I suspect the 51.51.0.0/26 network would show up as a Stub Network under
the Router LSA.
something like:
    Link connected to: a Stub Network
     (Link ID) Network/subnet number: 51.51.0.0
     (Link Data) Network Mask: 255.255.255.192
      Number of TOS metrics: 0
       TOS 0 Metrics: 1
