Noel,
I don't see anything on page 806 about range 16384 - 20000
Please note that this range is specified by access-list command
(not by ip rtp priority [start port] [range of ports],
hence it means really from udp port 16384 to port 20000.
Sounds like some voice stuff, but what is it ?

What does this range mean ? What traffic does it classify.
