Apparently pretty highly regarded although I don't own the labs and am just
speaking from comments posted to this forum. They are currently shipping
ver. 3.0 of their labs which have been updated to reflect content changes
occurring after 11/4/2002. I am considering purchasing the R&S lab handbook
myself.
