I think that the IPX access-group command is only used to block routed ipx packets. The command to block ipx routing updates is distribute-list.

??it might look pretty dumb.... but tried to filter some routing update for eigrp neighbor, accepting only 3213 network. But w/ this config, it blocks all the routing updates from its neighbor.

interface Ethernet0
 ip address 150.100.1.1 255.255.255.0
 ipx access-group 900 in
 ipx network 111 encapsulation SAP

access list 900 permit any 3213 eigrp any

can any body tell me how to filter eigrp updates?
