You should definitely go over the "samples and tips" for the popular
topics (DLSw+, BGP, OSPF, etc) under the Technologies section on CCO.
Don't go in without them ;-)
Example:
www.cisco.com --> Service & Support --> Technical Assistance Center -->
Technologies --> Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) --> Samples and Tips
Good Luck,

Subject: lab this friday (the 13th !!)
Hi, I am due to take my lab this Friday in Belgium for the first time. I
don't
really know what to expect, I have just been trying to cram as much
knowledge
as possible into my brain. I am concentrating on BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP.
I
heard that they give you a documentation CD, is it the same version that
you
get with routers?
Any tips on last minute preparation would be appreciated.
Thanks, DBL.
