  vlan 20 in your example is just a shortcut to creating a VLAN without
entering the non-intuitive (cause I always forget:) "vlan database".
"Interfave vlan 20" command creates the logical interface 54 on the
switch but it does NOT enter the VLAN into the VLAN database.
