My guess is that Guy was poking fun at CCIEs who won't leave the house
unless they're clothed in some sort of garment that has their number
emblazoned upon it. Or those folks who have not yet earned the number,
but they never miss an opportunity to commend themselves for their
numerous other certifications.

Am I right, Guy? ;-)
