Continuing the question with an example

it seems like bandwidth statement is crucial in determining the threshold:
thus, for
int BRI0/0
encap ppp
bandwidth 64
dialer load-threshold 127 either
...
does the bandwidth cmd mean 32kbps per B channel or 64kbps? if so,
1. would the 2nd b channel fire up when 16kbps is crossed?
2. and would 2nd b channel be brought down when traffic on bri0/0:1 drops
below 16kbps?
