Try this
Create an internal network number
Under serial interfaces, use ipx ipxwan (no ipx network)
enable nlsp on serial interfaces on both ends
under router nlsp , use area-address 0 0
this should work
or
Alternatively create a GRE tunnel between 2 routers, apply ipx network on
both ends, enable NLSP (you also need internal network for NSLP to work) and
under router nlsp , use area-address 0 0, and that will work as well.
