There was recent discussion on the neigh x.x.x.x local-as ASXXX
command. I took a cursory look at it when it came up.

 I believe if I read correctly that it will change the as of incoming routes
to the AS specified in the command. You would have to look it up to be sure.
The only thing is, in your scenario it would go on the routers neighboring
65000, and I do not know if that fits your requirements.
