Multicast question

I have the following topology

R4-----------------R2
                  |
                  |
R6----------------|

R2 has frame-relay point-to-multipoint R4 and R6 have
point-to-point. When I configure ip pim sparse-dense
on all the interfaces. I keep seeing the following
messages on R2

10:31:20: PIM: Received v2 Hello on Serial0.246 from
109.2.129.6
10:31:20: PIM: Hello packet has unknown option 20,
ignored

Does anybody now what does this unknown option 20
means.
