Already as-path prepend and confedration option have
been suggested. I can think of one more option. How
about using local-as command.
Router A
router bgp 6500
neighbor 10.10.10.1 remote-as 200
neighbor 10.10.10.1 local-as 99
Router B
router bgp 200
neighbor 10.10.10.2 remote-as 99
In the Router A the routes advertised by Router B
would show as 99 6500.
