Found the problem: It is the IP address

I have the following config:

interface Serial0
 ip address 10.20.86.2 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 no fair-queue
 no frame-relay inverse-arp
!
interface Serial0.1 multipoint
 ip address 10.20.100.34 255.255.255.224
 no frame-relay inverse-arp

Show fram traffic:
Frame Relay statistics:
        ARP requests sent 0, ARP replies sent 0
        ARP request recvd 0, ARP replies recvd 0

But when I try to use map command, it has the following:

r2(config-subif)#fram map ip 10.20.100.35 300 br
%PVC already assigned to interface Serial0

Reboot once, same problem.

Any idea?
