- async mode dedicated disallows the user to end up on the exec prompt. A
ppp or slip session is automatically initiated. Use this if all clients are
going to use PPP and you dont want to allow the clients to end up on
router/NAS exec prompt.

- async mode interactive 'allows' the user to end up on exec prompt, and
then they can choosed to start a ppp or slip session by specifying 'ppp' or
'slip'

- autoselect is used with option 2 (interactive mode), that enables the
initial control characters to be recognised and appropriate session is
started (so if ppp control chars are detected, a ppp session is started, if
'carriage return' is detected then exec session is started)

- async dynamic routing , commonly used with async mode interactive, allows
the user to specify ppp /routing and 'then' enable routing (normally used
when a router is communicating with a router)

- async default routing, automatically establishes routing over async
interfaces (normally used when a PC is communicating with a router)
