The labs are all standardized. The racks are even standardized. A new lab
location in Hong Kong, is just going to have a new proctor or one who worked
at another lab. All labs are in english, as are all configuration tasks. You
may have difficulty asking questions of the proctor, but I think that is
even present in the San Jose and RTP labs.
