Hi Group,
just got a funny stuff. Remember how they said that OSPF doesn't work
when one side of the link is unnumbered, while the other side is
numbered. Well... I just got a wierd one, I dunno if it's IOS related
or not, perhaps some of you can try. Here is the topology
ip unnumbered Loop 0
R1 ----------------------------------------------- R2
Serial 0
At R1:
interface Loopback0
ip address 172.16.32.1 255.255.255.0
!
interface Serial0
ip unnumbered Loopback0
no fair-queue
clockrate 64000
!
interface Serial1
ip address 172.16.29.1 255.255.255.0
shutdown
clockrate 64000
!
router ospf 1
log-adjacency-changes
network 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 1
network 172.16.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0
R2:
interface Serial0
ip address 172.16.32.2 255.255.255.0
no fair-queue
!
interface Serial1
ip address 172.16.29.2 255.255.255.0

Would be greatly appreciated if someone can shed some light on this.
