"telnet 132.173.1.2 /source-interface loopback 0"

Note: this is not a command, but a user input. You could create an alias
to shorten typing if you will use this operation often. For example:

alias exec t132 telnet 132.173.1.2 /source-interface loopback 0

Then simply type "t132" to open the telnet session.
