All the subinterfaces underneath S0/1 and their respective PVC's (DLCI) will
inherit the traffic shaping parameters specified in map class CCIE. However
if you want to over ride this behaviour, just specify different map class on
a PVC/subif where you want to use different parameters.

You seem to have forgotten the IP ADDRESS on s0/1.
In this case only DLCI/PVC 100 will inherit traffic shaping parameters
specified in class CCIE
This is recommended.
