This will kill the PVC,
Or
Disconnect the cable,,

No it will not work by doing a admin shutdown. On the FR u can always change
any single value like dlci or changing the lmi-type so that ur FR link goes
down after 10sec.
I changed my lmi-type in the lab to test the backup ;)
