Hi,
I have
R4 - WAN R2,R5 - both connected to a LAN
R2 - dlsw local-peer peer-id 139.10.2.2 cost 2 promiscuous ; dlsw
bridge-group 1
R5 - dlsw local-peer peer-id 139.10.5.5 cost 1 promiscuous ; dlsw
bridge-group 1
R4
dlsw local-peer peer-id 139.10.4.4
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 139.10.2.2
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 139.10.5.5
dlsw bridge-group 1
I have noticed that when the circuit from R4 to R2/5 comes up, it preferes
the peer with the HIGHEST cost, not the lowest.
Can somebody else tell me why the higher the cost - the higher the
preference, shouldn't it be the other way around?
Adam

Actually, The cost configured on the dlsw remote peer command overrides any
cost value learned from another devices dlsw local peer command.
