Summary address for EIGRP and Summary address for RIP works in a diffent way
RIP
        1. you can't do a summary Lesser than the actual mask eg 172.0.0.0
/8
        2. you can't do a summary of the same major class twice eg
172.16.1.0 20

172.16.2.0/22
