Jim,

    Check out Blackbox. Even if they don't sell them directly, you should
be able to get the parts to make your own pretty easily. The Amphenol
cables are 25 pair, so each one will punch down to 12 ethernet ports, with a
pair left over. I learned in about an hour how to do it from a telco guy,
not too difficult.
