Failed in Sydney Yesterday

Hi, Group,

I took the lab yesterday, but failed terribly. I stay happy though:)

I passed my written about 18 months ago but I spent only one month to prepare
and I did not practice on a device. However, I did get much confidence out of
it. It is hard but not as hard as I imagined. Considering the time I spent,
books I read and practice I had done, I thought I did very well. The night
before the exam, I had slept well. In the exam, I tried my best to get as
many points as I can. I was calm, asked the proctor to clear my questions,
searched the CD for a precise answer and skipped difficult questions if they
could take much time.

The lab environment is excellent. We don't need to switch between console
lines, we don't need to configure console and vty, all those basic
configuration has been done. As the proctor indicated, it is best to search a
topic after going to the IOS version you want, but what happened to me is that
there is a problem with the searching under a IOS version--- when I clicked
search, it goes to somewhere. thus I always search a topic after I go to a
specific big topic.

A pleasant failure, just want to share with all of you.

I won't take a break but will keep on study to prepare for a second attempt.

Wish all of us here good luck!

Cheers,

Tony
