This could be considered blasphemous, but go to 3com.com and download
their 3cdaemon. The file you want to find is 3cdv2r10.zip

It's free! It has tftp server, tftp client, a pretty good syslog server
and an ftp server. All rolled into one freebie download. I have been
using it since I had such a problem with the old cisco tftp server
crashing with certain routers.
