The ip tcp intercept command can be used in conjunction to an ACL that
specifies which tcp handshakes to intercept (and which ones not to).
It is NOT applied to an interface then, but to reference the intercept
commands.

Subject: IP TCP Intercept
I have a question about using ip tcp intercept. In
the config examples I've seen on cisco's website, the access-list
doesn't seem to be applied to an interface. Is this true or is it just
assumed to apply it with an access-group command?
