I tried ip igmp access-group 1 already. I cannot ping any multicast groups for example 224.1.1.1 but if I put ip igmp join-group 224.1.1.1 on the interface I can ping 224.1.1.1.
There also have another issue we need consider is miscast reserved group address I believe is from 224.0.0.1 to 224.255.255.255 we have deny this too.

Subject: Multicast join group question?
If you want to put multicast group on an interface, you can use ip igmp join-group xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx command. This command will let you put multicast group one by one.
But how about if there is block multicasts groups address from 224.0.0.0 to 232.255.255.255, how do I put these multicast groups into an interface?
I need some helps.
