Converting from Custom Queue to CBWFQ

Hi,

Could you explain to me, how to convert Custom Queue to CBWFQ, with
assumption bandwidth is 256K and custom queueing is like this :

- queue-list 1 protocol ip 1 tcp 23
- queue-list 1 protocol ip 2 tcp 80
- queue-list 1 default 3
- queue-list 1 queue 1 byte-count 2000 limit 100
- queue-list 1 queue 3 byte-count 4000 limit 100
