WCCP - Error message

Has anyone seen this error before on the 3550?

13:52:57: %L3TCAM-3-SIZE_CONFLICT: WCCP requires enabling extended
routing

I wasn't sure what the message meant exactly so I changed the SDM
database to routing but I still see the message?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
