Only way to get rid of it is to reboot. You need to make sure you are not
doing dynamic mapping on main interface, to make sure it never comes back.
I do not think it is a bug.

I guess that this is a bug as nothing I do seems to work. For whatever
reason, I cannot clear the frame map on a 2501 running 12.1.5(t)
ent+/fw/ipsec56. As you can see on the config, inverse arp is disabled and
when I clear the frame inarp, it has no effect. This caused a problem for
me when the router see other rotuer's DLCIs in OSPF and tries to form adj.
Anyone else have this problem?
