RJ45 for RS-232 isn't really standardized. Cisco, Digi, etc. will all
have different pinouts.

If you're looking for something inexpensive and are willing to get used
gear, consider the Livingston/Lucent Portmaster 2e series. These have
up to 30 ports, DB-25 series connectors. You can get hoods that attach
to the DB-25 connector and have an RJ-45 jack. These can be pinned to
match whatever wiring scheme you need on the RJ-45 side.
