Well Chuck, while pratice would be the next logical step, I think with the knowledge you now possess, you have the skills to perform the real thing.
So why don't you go in front of the mirror and give yourself a frontal labotomy? You can use the forceps you read about to make it easier.
If you are successful you should have no problem getting 6 figures PLUS at any major hospital.
