You can mess with the polling frequency in the OSPF
Process itself using the neighbor command.
"neighbor 1.1.1.1 poll-interval xx" Which is the
OSPF dead-router polling interval (in seconds)
Why wouldn't you want to use "ip ospf dead-interval
xx" on the interface?
