Both will have the same effect, assuming no further changes. Be careful
of requirements. If you were told, "only send BGP traps to this host",
it is wise to limit the traps on the snmp-server host configuration.
The default is to send all enabled trap types to the host if nothing is
specified for the SNMP host. By placing bgp as a notification-type on
your snmp-server host configuration, you are telling the router "only
send bgp traps to this snmp manager"
1. In this case you're sending all enabled traps to your snmp-server
host. Only BGP is enabled so the host will receive those traps. If you
were to enable frame-relay traps, the host would also receive those.
2. In this case you're sending only BGP traps to your snmp-server host.
Enabling additional traps will not impact the fact that only BGP traps
are send to that particular snmp-server host.
Any corrections welcomed.

No1: BGP trap is enabled but will not be sent to the host 192.168.1.2 No
2. BGP trap is enabled and will be sent to the host.
So no.2 is the correct answer.
