 Do you use HSRP authentication. If it is so, do passwords on both peers
coinsides?

Subject: HSRP Not working

There are two routers connected to a LAN, the two lans are connected
together via a Wireless LAN Bridge. The two routers can ping each other
but don't see each other when issued a command "show standby" says
standby router is unknown. When using "debug standby" no messages are
seen. Both routers are acting as active. Any thoughts?
