My mistake

atm idle-timeout 60 work per svc nsap map. I've tried to put it global to
interface. It doesn't works.

I've tested multicast traffic over ATM SVC ( I've tested EIGRP ) and it
works but before that on IOS 12.1

multicast doesn't trigger SVC connection.

I didn't find any information about this issue on docCD
