Proper use of the ATM rate-queue command

Hi,

After reading (a few times) the command reference documentation regarding the
ATM rate-queue command, I'm not clear about how and when to properly use this
command.

What is the relationship between the queue used in the command ATM rate-queue
and the various pvc's or svc's configured on the atm interface? Or, put more
simply, how does one know which queue # to enter?

If someone can shed some light on this, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks, dt
