Group,
I am trying to locate an IOS version that supports IPV6 on a 2500-series router, if it even can be done. I found the following information on cisco.com:
Minimum Required Cisco IOS Release by Release Train
Feature: IPv6 for Cisco IOS
12.2(2)T, 12.0(21)ST, 12.0(22)S, 12.2(14)S
I'm running 12.2(1d) but I don't have the global command "ipv6" available to me to run "ipv6 unicast-routing" and the like.
Does anyone know if there is a version that supports IPv6 for the 2500 series?
As a side note, I know anything that can be configured in 12.2T can be on the exam, but how REALISTIC or PRACTICAL would it be to be tested on IPv6 with the current exams? Please, no breaking NDA in your response, I'm just looking for the general opinions of the people in this group so I can allocate my study time accordingly.
Thanks,
