When did you pass your test?
If you look on your written test results, you should see the date you passed
it.
Here are answers from the Cisco site:

After passing the written exam, you have 18 months to schedule your first
lab exam.

Not necessarily. If you attempt the CCIE lab exam at least once every 12
months, your written exam will remain valid for three years. If, after three
years, you have not passed the lab exam, you will need to retake the written
exam before you reschedule another lab exam.
