If using point-to-multipoint you have one interface with one IP (and one ip
ospf cost value!) but several neighbors you treat in a point-to-point
fashion. With neighbor cost you can setup preferences (using better and
worse costs) for using them to reach common networks.

Anyone can shed some light on the OSPF neighbor cost command ?
I've searched the DocCD and said it doesn't apply to NBMA networks. Would
