The cost is determined by dividing the reference
bandwidth by the interface bandwidth.  
Why would you want the VLAN to be the same bandwidth
as FE.  What is wrong with a bandwidth of 1G?  An
up/up gigabit port on a 3550 will show a b/w of 1G.
