4500, 11.0 & XMODEM

Dear All,

I am trying to load 12.0 on a 4500 using the console port ( current IOS 11.0)

I cant get any of the xmodem commands to work - Tried rommon, boot and normal exec modes.

No physical interface for TFTP.

Any suggestions please?
