atm svc with no ilmi

I am using the bradshaw rack to compinsate my lack of
atm in my home rack. I have goton atm svc with no
ilmi to work on the ccbootcamp rack but for some
reason cant get it to work on the bradshaw rack.
Would anyone mind telling me if I am missing
something. One more thing. Is the ESI programed on
the atm switch or can use any number you want to use?
