Router2's config is posted below. The configs are straight forward.
There
are no access-list, route-maps, etc. R2 simply runs EIGRP to provide the
underling connectivity for the tunnel between R5 and SW1.
As soon as I typed "tunnel mode ipip", I was able to ping the local
interface. There is one thing I neglected to mention. R2 is running IOS
11.2
and R5 and SW1 are running 12.2. Surly, thats not causing the problem?
In an
event, the tunnel mode command seem to fix all problems. All devices are
ping-able and seem stable. (spent 2 1/2 hours working this problem along
side a multicast scenario and I know the CCO logical interface
configuration
